Putnam County Property Transfers Continue Strong Pace
The largest recorded transaction during the reporting period was a $2.15 million special warranty deed filed May 13 involving approximately 1.01 acres transferred from ELCJM Holdings LLC to Watch Hill Development LLC.
Another major transfer included an $899,900 tract sale in District 6 recorded May 18.
Residential activity remained especially strong in several growing subdivisions including Paddington Place, Timberwalk, Reserve at the Country Club, Creek Wood, Cumberland Cove, Laurel Ridge, and Farms at South Pointe.
