Putnam County Property Transfers Continue Strong Pace

Property transfers across Putnam County remained active during the week of May 13–19, with multiple residential, commercial, and development-related transactions recorded through the Putnam County Register of Deeds office.

The largest recorded transaction during the reporting period was a $2.15 million special warranty deed filed May 13 involving approximately 1.01 acres transferred from ELCJM Holdings LLC to Watch Hill Development LLC.

Another major transfer included an $899,900 tract sale in District 6 recorded May 18.

Residential activity remained especially strong in several growing subdivisions including Paddington Place, Timberwalk, Reserve at the Country Club, Creek Wood, Cumberland Cove, Laurel Ridge, and Farms at South Pointe.

Among the higher-value residential transactions recorded:

D.R. Horton continued to record multiple new construction sales during the week, including homes in Paddington Place and Timberwalk ranging from approximately $219,000 to $406,000.

Legacy South LLC also recorded a $458,000 transfer in Reserve at the Country Club Phase VI.

Several filings involved quit claim deeds, executor’s deeds, estate settlements, and trust transfers commonly associated with family estate planning or ownership restructuring.
