2 TRAFFIC STOPS WITHIN 12 HOURS; YIELDS MULTIPLE FELONIES

PUTNAM COUNTY, TN— On January 15, 2026, PCSO Sgt. Garcia attempted to initiate a traffic stop

on Baxter Rd after observing a Silver Honda Sedan fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The ve-
hicle fled at a high rate of speed and evaded the attempted traffic stop.

Approximately one minute later, Deputies located the vehicle trav-
eling eastbound on Window Cliff Rd near Cookeville Boatdock

Rd. Deputies made contact and identified the driver as Jeremy
Grisolano, with passengers Andrew Myatt and Ashley
Goodard. Grisolano admitted he intentionally fled because he
believed Myatt had an active arrest warrant. Grisolano consented
to a search of his vehicle, which revealed approximately 4.8 grams
of Methamphetamine and a scale. A burnt straw was also found in
Goodard’s backpack.
Jeremy Grisolano was arrested and charged with Manufacture,

Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
.His bond is set at $57,000 and he has a court date of
March 2, 2026.
Andrew Myatt was arrested on an active warrant for Failure to
Appear for Driving on a Suspended License and is being held
without bond. His court date is January 16, 2026.

Ashley Goodard was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Par-
aphernalia.

Later that evening, in the same area, Deputy Bryan was patrolling on Baxter Rd when
he pulled behind a Black Ford Fusion. The Black Ford Fusion then immediately accelerated at a high

rate of speed and turned off the vehicle’s headlights. The driver then drove into the backyard of a resi-
dence and fled on foot. PCSO Deputies responded and searched the area but made no contact. While do-
ing an inventory of the vehicle, a phone was found which led to the identification of the driver as Jacob

Reagan.

Deputies made contact with Reagan’s family member who was able to confirm that the vehicle was not
Reagan’s but he had been driving it recently and the belongings inside of it belonged to Reagan.
Deputies also discovered a hidden compartment under the trunk carpet where two loaded pistols were

hidden. One of these firearms was confirmed stolen through the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. An-
other hidden compartment was located near a wheel containing Methamphetamine and Drug Parapher-
nalia.

Jacob Reagan was taken into custody at approximately 10:50 am on Friday, January 16, 2026. He is
being charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a
Weapon, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Armed Dangerous Felonies, Evading Arrest, Possession of
Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving on a Suspended License.
Sheriff Farris said, “Drug activity and attempts to evade law enforcement will not be tolerated in Putnam
County. If you choose to run, sell drugs, or commit crimes we will find you and hold you accountable.”
